Success starts in your mind. Do you see a better picture of yourself in the future? what are your dreams? Do you dream to become a president, medical doctor, Accountant or a philanthropist? You can be who and what you wish to be but it all starts in your mind.
It is what you conceive in your mind, and you believe in, and also apply diligence to, that you can achieve in life. Your mindset determines your attitude and your attitude will tell whether you are a serious person or not.
Your thought should make you stand up for what you believe in because it is your thoughts that form the pictures in your mind whether positive or negative. What influences your thought is what you watch, listen to and read.
You must change the attention of your thoughts because what you think directly influences how you feel, and how you feel directly influences how your body reacts, and how your body reactions directly influence how you behave, and how you behave comes to define who you are and what you experience in life.
As school resumes, conceive success in your academics and work hard to achieve what you conceived. Determination is also an important factor in the overall success or failure of a person’s effort. It is not something that comes easy to the majority of people, so you have to be truly determined.
An example of someone who is determined is like a moving train, the train will not change it direction no matter what comes its way, it will surely continue along the track until it either reaches its destination or it’s stopped by its conductor. You don’t need to stray from your goal once they are positive.
Don’t join others to say one subject is hard to pass. Be yourself and look for a better way to understand it. Every subject is to be studied and understood. Make up your mind to be the best in your difficult area, but not just by saying it, but by putting in extra time to understand it. When you understand it, it becomes a walk-over for you.
The good thing is that you have determined in your mind to be a success. That is why success doesn’t start in the Gym. It starts in your mind.
