Growing children need sufficient nutrients to grow adequately. Children that are not fed right stand the risk of stunted growth and at worse affect their mental development.

Apart from its nutritional value, oatmeal also has the tendencies of decreasing the risk of childhood asthma.
Benefits include lower blood sugar and cholesterol levels, protection against skin irritation, and reduced constipation.

YOGURT
Yogurt contains Vitamin D, Calcium, and Potassium which are essential nutrients for the development of a child.
The pro-biotics keep the child’s gut healthy and that is where whole health starts.
Yogurt is rich in vitamin-D and calcium too and therefore is essential for strong bones and good height.
The ability of yogurt to blend itself with almost any dish makes it extremely versatile to be used in multiple cuisines, the child does not necessarily have to take it in its raw form
